HERMON LOCATION -Meat / Seafood Clerk
Description:
Full-service meat department and butcher shop with fresh fish, seafood, red meats, poultry, and cured foods.
Qualifications:
• Provide outstanding friendly customer service.
• Observe and follow all company policies and established procedures.
• Clean and assist in prompt cleanup of spills and breakage.
• Assist in special projects and perform all other duties / functions as assigned by supervision.
• Work within our company’s standards to maintain productivity.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the technical requirements of the job.
Physical Requirements:
• Perform repetitive hand/arm motions while standing 100% of the shift.
• Continuous fine finger motions such as pinching, grasping and cutting.
• Bend and lift products weighing up to 35 pounds continuously, 75 pounds frequently, and 100 pounds plus on occasion.
• Push or pull up to 200 pounds on occasion.
• Be able to handle a variety of substances associated with cleaning materials, packaging materials.
Job Types:
Part-time. 24 to 32 hours per week
Required Work/Educational Experience:
* Experience in food service or with safe food handling
