PITTSFIELD LOCATION -Produce Clerk
Description:
Detail-oriented work focused on ensuring proper stocking/rotation of all fruits and vegetables
Qualifications:
• Provide outstanding friendly customer service.
• Observe and follow all company policies and established procedures.
• Clean and assist in prompt cleanup of spills and breakage.
• Assist in special projects and perform all other duties / functions as assigned by supervision.
• Work within our company’s standards to maintain productivity.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the technical requirements of the job.
Physical Requirements:
• Perform repetitive hand/arm motions while standing 100% of the shift.
• Continuous fine finger motions such as pinching, grasping and cutting.
• Bend and lift products weighing up to 15 pounds continuously, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds on occasion.
• Push or pull up to 75 pounds on occasion.
• Be able to handle a variety of substances associated with cleaning materials, packaging materials.
Job Types:
Part-time 20 to 30 hours
Required Work/Educational Experience:
* Experience in food service or with safe food handling preferred.
Shift Availability:
• Weekends (Required)
